日夜顛倒熬夜頭髮毛髮變白,中醫療法….

<新聞案例>一名<20歲不到的男大生,因為熬夜、日夜顛倒,身體上的毛髮有數根轉白的現象。吳明珠醫師表示,當身體氣血供應不足,身體末梢的毛髮就可能從黑轉白,中藥調理3個月,輔以調整作息已獲得改善。

The hair of any part of the body can potentially turn grey and it’s just a common aging process for every human being. Genetic factors, diet imbalance, excessive diet, staying up late, anxiety, excessive intake of refined sugar and stress are common causes to accelerate aging, and the aforementioned risk factors are also harmful to our kidney. According to TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), food in black can be helpful to turn grey hairs into black again, such as black beans.

According to TCM, the quantity, quality and color of a person’s hair reflect the health condition of the person’s kidney. In most case, good health condition of kidney promises good health condition of the liver.

2吳明珠中醫師指出,除了年紀、遺傳因子,飲食不均衡、過度節食、熬夜、容易緊張、壓力大都可能導致腎氣腎水不足、肝氣鬱結或脾胃氣血不足,易生白髮,建議可多吃補腎食物如黑豆來改善。

3.婦女常在更年期前後、約40~50歲之間,身體各部位的毛髮也易變白,一來是因為年紀,二來是因為遺傳。

 

中醫主張3種人最容易有毛髮變白的問題

1)腎水、腎氣不足,常會合併有易頻尿、腰膝痠軟、口乾舌燥、失眠

2)是肝氣鬱結或肝血不足,常合併有經血量少、眼睛乾澀、易疲倦

3)脾胃氣血氣血不足,也就是脾胃功能消化差,好發於愛減肥、過度節食的女生

 

Solution:

1針對體質服用合適中藥材調理,常見如何首烏、骨碎補等

2. 每天晚上11點前就寢,不要熬夜

3. 適度運動、休息,幫助排解壓力

4.避免過勞,避免用腦過度。用腦過度也會傷腎。恐懼或不安也會傷腎。

5.多吃補腎氣食物,包括紅豆、黑豆、黑木耳、烏骨雞、洋蔥、薑、蛋

6.三餐也要正常,並可多吃各種顏色的蔬菜、水果,可以攝取到不同的植木素,幫助體內抗氧化,減緩老化
