What if police offers commit violence and crime in the name of justice? Minneapolis is a liberal city. However, the region has occurred seen several controversial police killings.Recently, an unarmed black man was killed by a white police. The Video shows George Floyd was groaning “I can’t breathe” as a white policeman kneels on his neck for suspecting he is a criminal of carrying fake bills. The event exposes the deep-seated racial discrimination against the black.The arresting officer killed someone who is not a criminal. The death would never happen if George Floyd were a white.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said in a televised interview Thursday that he believes George Floyd would “be alive today if he were white,” calling for the white cop to be charged for the death of George Floyd. The mayor called for now-fired cop Derek Chauvin to be arrested and charged by county prosecutors.Frey told reporters. “Why is the man who killed George Floyd not in jail? If you had done it or I had done it, we would be behind bars right now.”
In a public statement, Frey said “Today’s decision from the County Attorney is an essential first step on a longer road toward justice and healing our city.”
Discrimination is highly linked to injustice, violence and bullying. Discrimination occurs due to sense of superiority of the abuser. Be aware of the fact that pride is the capital sin among the seven deadly sins. There are unforgivable sins to God and that’s why there is hell for the wicked after death and that’s why there’s God’s wrath.
The video shows a white officer using his knee to pin Mr. Floyd to the ground by the neck.The 46-year-old George Floyd repeatedly told the police officers who detained him that he could not breathe. Mr. Floyd was begging in saying “please, I can’t breathe” and “don’t kill me” as bystanders urge officers to let him go.Mr. Floyd ceased to move and an ambulance arrives to take him to hospital. It was too late to rescue his life. The ugly truth is that violence is executed by the police offer to an unarmed individual.
Two studies have found that at least 40% of police officer families experience domestic violence. Domestic violence is common and it often take years to expose the wickedness of it. It worth noting that victims of a police officer are situated in a more vulnerable position.
Polices offers are given with the authority to have guns and they know how to manipulate the system to avoid penalty and/or shift blame to the victim. Beyond that, responding officers have a great chance to side with the abuser and fail to properly investigate or document the crime ASAP.

Every spoken word will be recorded in a book (Revelation 20:12). Believe in God’s justice and “leave room for God’s wrath” (1 Peter 4: 8; Romans 12:18-19).God is righteous and that’s why God abhors any form of wickedness (Romans 2:8 ). In Proverbs 22:8, it says “He who sows wickedness reaps trouble.” God expects human beings to “Eschew evil, and do good… seek peace, and ensue it” (1 Peter 3:10).

My family is God-fearing….In every case of police brutality, the same thing has been happening….So let’s do this another wayLet’s stop thinking that our voice don’t matter and vote, not just for the president, but vote for the preliminaries. Vote for everybody. Educate yourself. Don’t wait for somebody else to tell you who’s who. Educate yourself and know who you’re voting for, and that’s how we’re going to hit them. Because it’s a lot of us…Let’s switch it up and do this peacefully, please.” Terrence Floyd says that they come from a peaceful family and he demands people to educate themselves and seek justice in a peaceful manner. Terrence Floyd called on community members to channel their frustration into voting for their rights instead.
Floyd told the crowd that looting and destroying property may make poeple feel good or righteous in the moment, but it fails to change the system and ends up hurting the cause of ending police brutality even further. He made an impassioned plea for people vote at every level rather than give up their rights of voting.
The Bible says, “if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell” (Mark 9:45-47).
Be aware of the seven deadly sins. To love and to repent. God is waiting patiently for people to come to “repentance” (Psalm 103:8; 2 Peter 3:8-9). The compassionate God takes “no pleasure in the death of anyone” and God does not want “anyone to perish” (Luke 15:10, Luke 15:7 2, Peter 3:8-9). Significantly, “do not gloat over” people’s “calamity in the day of their disaster.” (Obadiah 1:13). As to the seven deadly sins, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
Qualified immunity was set up in 1967, which shields government officials from being sued for discretionary actions unless their actions violated “clearly established ” federal law or constitutional rights.
