Chronic Depression & Loss of Sanity
The scholar Thomas Joinerbelieves that as the brain suffers from chronic depression, the amygdala is overactivated, and the person is prone to lose his/her sanity.
Haruma Miura confessed that he suffered from low self-esteem in a former love relationship. According to psychology, trauma and low self-esteem are intertwined. In truth, some people are not conscious of their mental wounds. Some people are attentive at attending others’ needs, but they never know much to seek help when they are being helpless.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
People with GAD feel anxious all the time. GAD is a common condition, which is common in people from the ages of 35 to 59.
Popular Japanese actor Haruma Miura appeared in a number of movies including “Attack on Titan,” “Eien no Zero” (Eternal Zero), “Kimi ni Todoke” (From Me to You), and “Koizora” (Sky of Love), committed suicide in 2020. I admire his acting. It’s disturbing to hear of the passing of such a talented actor. Miura earned the Sponichi Grand Prix Newcomer Award at the Mainichi Film Awards in 2009 for his acting in Naoko.
Also, He won the newcomer award at the 31st Japan Academy Awards. Miura made his debut in “Aguri,” a television drama series of Japan Broadcasting Corp. (NHK), in 1997, when he was aged under 10 years old. He became widely popular for his acting in the movie “Koizora” (Sky of Love).
Haruma Miura is a talented singer and performed in stage plays. He also appeared in the TV shows The Last Cinderella, Never Let Me Go, Adult School, Dying Eye and Two Weeks. He took an unbearable workload since then, starring in “Herbalistic High School Samurai” and “Blood Monday” and many tv dramas. It is said that Miura had the idea of retiring from the show business when he was just 19 years old that he told his friends, “I can’t remember the lines. I feel mentally suffering. I want to escape.”
Haruma Miura harbours the hope to return to his hometown, Ibaraki Prefecture, and work as a farmer, which goes against Haruma Miura’s mother’s expectations for him. Miura Haruma might suffer from smiling depression or anxiety disorders for years or even for a decade.
