感情或家庭因素都是屬於人際關係的一部份,憂鬱只是結果,我覺得自殺是一種絕望感和無力感的加乘,當一個人他身心處在高度痛苦的狀態,他發現自己沒有方法去減緩或終結那個痛苦的時候,他就會想要離開和逃離,常見於校園霸凌或職場霸凌或家暴….

 

據衛生福利部統計,107年15至24歲青少年十大死因中,自殺位居於第2位。針對國高中生進行的「青少年健康行為調查」中,約有20%-30%青少年曾認真考慮過自殺。臺南市統計108年1至5月校園學生自殺高風險通報占34.3%。

 

當成績表現是外界唯一的衡量self-worth 的標準,24歲以下青少年同樣面臨許多的壓力,失眠、憂鬱、拒學、想死、自殘或沒食欲或對日常活動失去了興趣或注意力下降,人際關係及成績直線下滑等等都是警訊。

Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies and snobs. Inner peace is the utmost blessing from God. Do not ignore negative emotions.
