證實甜食吃多加速老化|體內過多的糖會摧毀彈力蛋白,破壞維生素C和B群的吸收

營養師宋明樺在節目中公開表示WTO已經將糖和酒精及香菸列為會危害我們健康的因素之一。

本身不是甜點控,也不是鬆餅控或蛋糕控,但至少今年11月前,我熱愛自稱飯桶,因為我超愛吃白飯,但爬完國外的研究發現,白米飯屬於refined carbohydrates (中文:精製碳水化合物),居然也在危險名單範圍內。認真想,我熱愛的肉鬆等等。其實甚至醬油,改良後甜度暴增的水果,我們的日常的任何食物都幾乎脫離不了糖。這幾乎充分解釋台灣養生節目知識豐富,台灣人的糖尿病比例卻異常地高。糖尿病可怕在於他的併發症,其中之一便是可能引起失明或者嚴重的話需要截肢,這是很可怕的。

逛超市的時候,看看外包裝可以發現砂糖或蔗糖都是食品中被廣泛使用大量使用。如果DIY做過甜點或飲品就知道,如果製作過程糖的使用量太少,甜度就會顯得不甜。李婉萍營養師表示一個人每天所攝取的糖分上限大約為整體熱量的5~10%,若一天攝取的總熱量為1500大卡,那糖分最多只能佔其中的10%,建議以天然的水果甜份取代加工過的精緻糖類如飲料、蛋糕、餅乾等等。但其實台灣果農為了價錢考量,把水果濃度提高好賣出好價錢,觀察就可以發現台灣的水果普遍都變得更甜甚至異常地甜。一般來說,低升糖指數的水果有奇異果、芭樂、聖女番茄、蘋果等。中醫說多數水果偏寒,木瓜算是比較中性的水果。百香果對於平撫情緒給予好心情有幫助,但屬於寒性,建議適量。
