日日熬夜到凌晨,肯定會內分泌失調,長痘痘機率暴增,算是讓自己早衰提早老化的捷徑,而且生理期容易錯亂失序、不孕率也會相對增加、代謝也會變慢、肥胖率大增、免疫系統下降、鬼剃頭機率也會增加、年長者肝斑也容易長出來、臉頰凹陷、眼袋和黑眼圈通通跑出來、注意力下降、腦袋當機反應慢,越晚稅症狀就會越誇張。免疫系統下降,就容易生病,也容易增加蛀牙率。代謝變差,自然容易胖。
