紅藜的營養價值證實可預防大腸癌前期病變

台北醫學大學研究後發現紅藜可以預防大腸癌前期病變。生機飲食專家王明勇表示國外稱紅藜為超級食物,連外空人都在吃。

紅藜,又名為台灣藜,有「穀物界紅寶石」。李芷薇營養師指出台灣藜含有豐富的蛋白質、膳食纖維、鈣、鎂、鐵等礦物質以及維生素,蛋白質含量比率有14.4%;而膳食纖維有14%,營養價值高於小米,小麥及燕麥等穀物。依據台北醫學大學動物研究發現,60公斤成年人每日攝取22公克的台灣藜可以預防腸胃道病變。台灣藜除了可以預防腸胃道病變外,亦可控制血糖及降低膽固醇。

據電視節目《健康2.0》的介紹,紅藜俗稱「台灣藜」,是台灣原住民耕作百年以上的傳統作物,營養價值高比一般白米多出了10倍的膳食纖維,屬於全穀類。白米屬於酸性食物,所以胃食道逆流或腸胃不好的讀者,都建議白飯量先減半,等狀況改善之後再慢慢增加白飯。紅藜低GI(升糖指數)。據了解,有糖尿病困擾的話,在米食當中添加紅藜有益處。豐富的植化素,抗氧化性強,可以提高身體的防癌力。

其實紅藜是台灣原住民慣有的飲食食物之一。「檜意森活村」和《逐鹿部落》都有在販售,而且是阿里山無汙染的有機紅藜。
