為了不浪費,所以用力吃撐=額外的醫藥費

很多人家裡肯定都有長輩期待家裡的飯桶裡沒有留下半粒剩飯,所以很多人家裡都會有負責收拾剩飯的那個人 (或那些人)。偶一為之還好,但若日日吃過撐,餐餐吃太飽「過食」的結果=胃食道逆流的機會大增+消化不良的機會大增。

因為腸胃無法消化大量的食物,沒有消化完的食物堆積在身體裡面,消化不良就會產生脹氣。腸胃脹氣一多,消化不良的機率就更高,進而出現惡性循環。

 

消化不良聽起來是小問題,但中醫說:胃不合,則臥不安。多數人不知道腸胃不適,會直接影響到睡眠品質!

長期腸胃不適=長期睡眠品質不佳=免疫力下降=身體生病機率大增(包括蛀牙率)。牙醫生表示當身體免疫力夠強大就可以把牙菌斑壓下去,但免疫力太差時,蛀牙率自然大增,也就不難理解為什麼很多老人家年紀大了牙口就少了。

 

很多老人家都有吃飽就躺或吃飽一邊看電視一邊就睡著,長久以往,容易引發胃食道逆流,胃食道逆流經久不欲就容易引起消化相關疾病(包括胃結石等),甚至是吞嚥困難等疾病。所以家裡長輩吞嚥困難的問題出現時,是要先解決腸胃的相關疾病,包括疏通胃經的堵塞!

為了不留下剩飯剩菜,而勉強自己(或家人)的肚子,代價真的太高了。

Memory loss and cognitive impairment are common symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, all of which are highly connected to type 2 diabetes. Early signs of type 2 diabetes include chronic fatigue, irritability, frequent urination, vision problems and slow wound healing. Depression is prevalent in people with diabetes due to the fact that diabetes causes “structural changes in the brain.” It’s worth noting that muscle-building helps regulate blood sugar levels. There is growing evidence that reduced muscle mass is associated with hyperglycemia. Beyond that, there’s a strong link between sleep deprivation and emotional weakness Be aware of the power of tenderness, humility and subconscious mind. Generally, negative emotions root in the inability to forgive, vanity or pride. People suffer from suppressed anger. God is watching our every move. God sees through our motives. Mental health crisis is sweeping on a global scale because the core value of capitalism is incompatible with what human truly needs. Money cannot purchase inner peace nor unconditional love. Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies and snobs. I would say, inner peace is the utmost blessing from God. Trauma is highly linked to chronic fatigue and chronic illness.
