哈佛研究:牛奶喝過量恐導致___

再好的食物過量就是危險

像是堅果很好,但是消化不良的人就不適合。喝水很好,但過量恐引起水中毒。2019年,《英國醫學期刊》11月刊登的哈佛最新研究顯示如果一天喝超過兩杯480c.c.的牛奶,或是吃過多的乳製品會提高死亡的風險。心臟血管科主任江碩儒指出牛奶、乳製品裡的飽和脂肪,攝取太多會使血管慢性發炎、硬化,提高引發心血管疾病的機率。

 

哈佛研究指出,以一杯240c.c.的牛奶來計算,一天喝2.8杯,增加2%的死亡率;一天喝4.2杯死亡率增加到7%!還有,鮮奶油、冰淇淋、含乳製品的手搖飲料,攝取過量會使飽和脂肪堆積在血管中

英國也有一份研究,指牛奶中的乳清蛋白,可降低心血管疾病發生風險。

 

牛奶的營養價值

牛奶可提供人體必須的蛋白質、營養素,醫生建議每天攝取1.5~2份,選擇低脂乳品。(其實很多減肥的女生身體缺乏油脂也會引起便秘,牛奶可以幫助排便也是因為當中還有脂肪的緣故)

也就是不要單單依靠牛奶去獲取鈣。富含鈣的非乳製品包括綠葉蔬菜和綠花椰菜(能同時補充維生素K),豆類和豆腐也可有鈣。鈣和乳製品可以降低骨質疏鬆症和結腸癌的風險,但過量攝取卻增加前列腺癌和卵巢癌的風險。乳製品的飽和脂肪和視黃醇(維生素A)的含量可能很高,恐削弱骨骼。優質的非乳製品鈣源,包括羽衣甘藍,白菜,豆漿,及含有鈣和維生素D的補品。(參考資料
