台大醫生:病毒量最多的,竟是在醫護人員的休息室…..

2003年5月12日,台大醫院急診室因收置過多SARS病患、並出現院內感染,創下封院一週的事件,事後病毒檢測發現急診室裡到處都存在SARS病毒。從門把、馬桶、飲水機都是SARS病毒,黃立民提到病毒量最多的,竟是在醫護人員的休息室。

 

司馬儀:我考慮的是:醫護人員適合在休息室或醫院吃東西嗎?畢竟醫院也是屬於一個密閉空調空間,而且醫院的冷氣空調通常都開得有點強!

 

建立急診室清潔SOP

1.每日多次消毒清潔。林口長庚感染醫學科主治醫師黃景泰也指出受到病毒汙染的無生命物體(fomite)如血壓計、窗簾、毛巾等,是造成醫護人員院內感染的關鍵。

2.醫師在接觸病人呼吸道分泌物前,必須先戴上N95口罩、玻璃護目鏡、隔離衣。

3.將發燒篩檢站移到戶外,杜絕疑似個案與其他病人的接觸。

4.若有發燒、又有相關旅遊史,醫院會即刻通報疾管署。

5.設立單獨動線,讓疑似個案不能靠近人多的急診室;評估照X光後再送至負壓隔離病房。

6.長庚半年前開始「院內感染防治智能化」(Business Intelligence in Medicine, BI)彙整全院病人的健康資料。醫師透過面板監控病人的發燒狀況,幫助醫生了解全院的狀況。

 

出現呼吸道症狀怎麼辦?
疾病管制署建議應立即佩戴外科口罩,並主動與縣市衛生局聯繫,或立即撥打1922防疫專線,並主動告知旅遊史。目前PCR檢測4小時後才能拿到完整檢驗報告!通報2019新型冠狀病毒疑似個案後,醫院會即刻安排病人住進負壓隔離病房。

Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies and snobs. I would say, inner peace is the utmost blessing from God. Trauma is highly linked to chronic fatigue and chronic illness.
