流汗是排肺毒最好的方法

很多人經常大汗淋漓,很多人卻很難流汗,英文有所謂的無汗症(anhidrosis)。長庚紀念醫院皮膚科兼任主治醫師楊麗珍表示:汗的成分大多是水,其餘則是氯化鈉、乳酸、鉀、鈣、尿素、氨(俗稱阿摩尼亞)、胺基酸,以及很好的抗菌肽,這些物質都會從汗液中排除,促進新陳代謝。汗味過重可以解讀為體內毒素過多。

 

流汗是排肺毒最好的方法。現代人很多呼吸系統普遍不好,與經常待在冷氣房多少有關係,呼吸系統的毒排不出去,長久以往身體會累積毒素。喝水,不應該等到口渴才喝,而是持續補充。

 

醫生表示:汗腺並不會萎縮或壞死。葉家豪醫生:縮小的汗腺是可以回復的,最好的方法就是運動,讓汗腺系統恢復正常開闔。

常吹冷氣、長時間待在相同溫度的室內環境,少運動,汗腺會漸漸縮小,不容易流汗。國外曾拿運動員跟室內工作者的汗腺切片做比較,發現運動員汗水顯然較多,汗腺組織結構圖大,而經常待在室內而不流汗的人,汗腺較瘦小。

 

醫生解釋每個人全身有200~400萬個汗腺不等,汗腺會跟著外界溫度調整排汗量。很多人喜歡吃冰或喝冷飲,造成身體的寒濕無法代謝,會感到容易疲勞。

 

血虛陰虛血熱之人,以些許出汗為佳,從事劇烈運動,恐有心悸頭暈燥熱等情況出現。很多都會男女下班後沒有餘力運動,會透過岩盤浴或三溫暖或熱瑜伽逼汗排毒,但必須視個人的身體狀況。假設身體舒服就適合,假設做完之後反更累不舒服,就不建議。

 

汗在中醫裡屬於陰液,當體內的陰液原本就不足,如果短時間大量流汗,陰液會更加虧損,導致氣陰兩虛,可能會感到燥熱和疲累。

 

透過食物和穴道按摩

吃生薑、新鮮的蒜頭、咖哩、辣椒或是在湯或菜裡加一點生薑。按摩的話,可以選擇按壓風池穴,搭配手部的合谷穴。
