黑豆的好處.營養價值

具有預防血糖飆升、減少壞膽固醇、抗氧化、抑制脂肪生成、提高腎臟機能、幫助排毒、降血壓等等功效。細胞研究發現,吸菸、壓力大、糖尿病、高血壓等因素會增加血管發炎的機會。咖啡的抗氧化成分有助於改善心臟細胞的能量供給,進而預防心血管疾病。

 

林俊立醫師提醒,熬夜加班為了提神而喝咖啡會抵消咖啡的好處。國外研究發現,一日喝太多咖啡也不好。國內食藥署的建議是每天不超過300毫克,民眾可以根據自身狀況酌量飲用,建議不要過量以免引起心律不整等症狀。

 

哪些人不適合喝黑豆咖啡?

發育中的小孩子、腎臟病患者(限量)、心臟不好的人要特別注意。容易失眠的人午後就不要碰咖啡。咖啡裡面因為有單寧酸所以會阻礙鈣和鐵的吸收。所以骨質疏鬆的人也要特別注意。

 

由於喝咖啡容易刺激交感神經、升高血壓,正處於中風、心臟病、心絞痛、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病急性期的人,都要特別注意咖啡的攝取量。 

 

如何挑選好的咖啡豆?

材料:咖啡粉2匙、黑豆1匙、 熱水2杯

用中火乾煎黑豆,再磨碎。 用濾紙過濾沖泡,讓豆粉浸泡2~3分鐘即可。

《黑豆簡單吃,瘦出好體質》

書中提到一位案例,一位長期受到 高血壓、肩膀痠痛及便祕困擾的女性,連續喝黑豆咖啡三天後,排便狀況明顯變好,兩個月後肩膀痠痛消失,血壓也降至正常值,甚至長出黑髮。另一名女性案例則表示,在一個月內瘦了3公斤,便祕、血液循環、肩膀和腰部的痠痛以及整體氣色和健康都獲得改善。

 

黑豆洗淨風乾 ,以小火炒30~60分鐘,香氣出線後即可離火 。把炒過的黑豆放入棉布袋,以木棒或擀麵棍稍微碾碎後,用磨豆機磨粉。沖泡及飲用方式同一般咖啡,保存期僅十天。※注意黑豆不要炒超過60分鐘,否則會產生苦味 。怕苦的人,可微加蜂蜜!
