亞麻籽(Flaxseed)是否有副作用?哪些體質不適合?
對於體質不適合的人,可能產生腹脹、腹痛、便秘、腹瀉、胃痛、噁心等副作用。腸胃功能不佳的人不建議使用。腸胃健康者,也不該過量使用。患有腸梗阻,腸道發炎、食道狹窄者、患有低血壓或正在服用降血壓藥物者,不建議使用,或問醫生後再決定使否適合。

因亞麻籽含有木酚素(lignans)具有弱雌激素效應。孕婦、哺乳女性及患有對荷爾蒙敏感症狀建議詢問醫生後再確定是否適合。糖尿病或服用降糖藥物者同樣建議詢問過醫生。正在使用避孕藥或激素替代療法需格外小心,因亞麻籽中的成分可能影響荷爾蒙水平或影響藥物作用。
