■ 消水腫食物有哪些?

一、 紅豆

赤色入心,能帶動血液循環,有清熱解毒功效。含鉀及多酚類的紅豆皂苷,能利尿、改善腳氣及消水腫。煮紅豆水,不加糖,豆子是澱粉質可少吃。注意,有些疾病的患者不宜大量喝紅豆水。嚴重消化不良者不適合吃太多豆類!

 

二、 薏仁

清熱利尿、消水腫

 

※脾虛消化不良而便秘者不適合,可能會使便秘情況更糟。孕婦體虛、有流產跡象、曾經流產或有子宮收縮現象者都不宜。汗少、頻尿、消化功能虛弱者也不宜。

 

三、 冬瓜湯

連皮帶籽熬清湯,不加鹽,通利小便,消水腫。

 

※瓜類屬寒性,可搭配薑絲一起燉煮,但體虛胃寒者不宜,孕婦體虛、有流產跡象、有宮縮現象者不宜。

 

四、少吃含鈉量高的食物

鈉會讓水分不容易排出身體,像是泡麵、罐頭、蜜餞、洋芋片等零食等都屬於鈉含量高的食物!料理使用低鈉鹽。綠豆、薏仁、紅豆、冬瓜、菠菜、木瓜都屬於利尿食物。

 

咖啡、紅茶雖幫助利尿,考慮到咖啡因,便不能過量。茶類當中,又數紅茶屬於咖啡因較多的一種,而且茶包泡越久,咖啡因濃度越高!甜食也是造成水腫的常見原因,可以選擇不加糖的薏仁水及玉米鬚茶。

 


菊池真由子在著作《日本權威營養師,萬人見證超簡易食療法》提到造成水腫的原因有二

一、疲勞,例如長時間一直站著,血液及淋巴液會停滯,使雙腳變浮腫。=伸展操,好好睡一覺

二、重口味的料理吃太多。鹽分攝取過多時,重口味的料理、醬菜及洋芋片等重鹹的食物,吃完後就會引發水腫。

 

菊池真由子提到:鹽分說穿了就是鈉,鈉會和鉀一起調節體內的水分。如果三餐攝取過多的鹽分,包含血液在內的體液當中,鈉濃度便會過高。多餘的水分會囤積在體內,身體便會水腫。

 

菊池真由子提到:鉀能將多餘的鈉排出體外,如能充分攝取鉀,就能消除水腫。小黃瓜裡頭便含有豐富的鉀!生菜有豐富的鉀,但烹調過後,搭配在調味料,鈉就容易增加。而鉀藉由汆燙、燉煮等加熱方式之後,逾半數會流失到湯汁中。所以,菊池真由子主張能夠大量生吃的「小黃瓜」,才會是解決水腫的最佳食材。

 

她建議大家淋上義式沙拉醬、法式沙拉醬或是芝麻沙拉醬搭配生的小黃瓜,避免選用美乃滋、和風沙拉醬或是中式沙拉醬!因為美乃滋容易脂肪超標,和風沙拉醬和中式沙拉醬則是鹽分較多。千萬別再因為沙拉醬導致鹽分(鈉)進入體內,否則一切就會徒勞無功。因此醬菜、醃黃瓜也是小黃瓜做成的,還是請大家避免食用。

 

※小黃瓜有 95% 是水分,熱量低,但寒性體質不適合過度攝取!

Mental health crisis is sweeping on a global scale because the core value of capitalism is incompatible with what human truly needs. Money cannot purchase inner peace. Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies and snobs. I would say, inner peace is the utmost blessing from God.
