眼睛乾澀、容易疲勞(慢性疲勞),小心是「肝」過勞的警訊

肝是沉默的器官,「肝」,負責身體藏血、疏泄、新陳代謝,也與眼睛、皮膚、子宮、乳房、淋巴、甲狀腺等疾病有相關性。

 

檢測肝過勞指數

  1. 容易疲勞
  2. 眼睛容易乾澀
  3. 容易口乾、口苦
  4. 頭髮容易出油
  5. 失眠多夢
  6. 體味濃或口氣重(嘴臭)
  7. 經常長痘痘
  8. 每週3天以上超過晚上11點睡覺
  9. 指甲容易斷裂
  10. 月經量少

若有三項以上符合,就代表肝已勞,要儘快調整作息。

 

如何養肝

  1. 放寬心,多靜坐冥想放空養神
  2. 早睡早起,不過度加班,降低身體過勞頻率
  3. 多到戶外走走
  4. 多吃養肝血的食物︰包括:桑葚、紅棗、枸杞、綠色蔬菜、烏骨雞、肝臟等。

 

護肝茶飲

黃耆3錢、紅棗3錢、枸杞3錢,煮1500亳升的水喝,可以明目養肝,補養氣血。

按摩太衝穴︰位於足背側,大拇趾和第二趾中間兩根骨頭交會凹陷之處,左右腳每天按壓200下。

The connection between the brain and stomach is bidirectional. Excessive sugar intake sabotages our immune system and 70% to 80% of our immunity hinges on our gut health. Memory loss and cognitive impairment are common symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, all of which are highly connected to type 2 diabetes. Early signs of type 2 diabetes include chronic fatigue, irritability, frequent urination, vision problems and slow wound healing. Depression is prevalent in people with diabetes due to the fact that diabetes causes “structural changes in the brain.” It’s worth noting that muscle-building helps regulate blood sugar levels. There is growing evidence that reduced muscle mass is associated with hyperglycemia. Beyond that, there’s a strong link between sleep deprivation and emotional weakness Be aware of the power of tenderness, humility and subconscious mind. Generally, negative emotions root in the inability to forgive, vanity or pride. People suffer from suppressed anger. God is watching our every move. God sees through our motives. Mental health crisis is sweeping on a global scale because the core value of capitalism is incompatible with what human truly needs. Money cannot purchase inner peace nor unconditional love. Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies and snobs. I would say, inner peace is the utmost blessing from God. Trauma is highly linked to chronic fatigue and chronic illness.
