牛蒡受歡迎煮法?生理期可以喝牛蒡茶?

月經期間不能喝活血化瘀的中藥,否則月經量可能大出血。由於牛蒡沒有活血化瘀的療效,因此是可以喝的,但不能喝冷飲。牛蒡茶,滋陰通便和除五臟惡氣,含有豐富的膳食纖維。但任何東西再好也不能過量。

 

Q:喝牛蒡茶有什麼好處?

高纖,還含多種營養素,是蔬菜中營養價值非常完整的食材。我國《現代中藥學大辭典》、《中藥大辭典》等國家權威藥典中把牛蒡的藥理作用概括為三個方面:有促進生長作用、有抑制腫瘤生長的物質和有抗菌和抗真菌作用。

預防或改善便秘

牛蒡的膳食纖維含量是胡蘿蔔的2.6倍,花椰菜的3倍。牛蒡的纖維可以促進大腸蠕動,幫助排便,降低體內膽固醇,減少毒素、廢物在體內積存,達到預防中風和防治胃癌、子宮癌的功效。牛蒡含有豐富的鐵元素,對女性缺鐵性貧血有很好的養生食療功效。想要預防白髮,也要多補充鐵質。容易發生咽喉腫痛可以嘗試喝牛蒡茶或吃牛蒡菜。

 

可幫助益生菌留在腸道內蓬勃發展★★★

美兆健康管理中心營養科主任詹恩慈解釋,纖維中的菊糖(菊苣纖維)也是腸道益生菌的重要養分,促進消化。

 

牛蒡煮法

建議用滾水快速汆燙。為了保存牛蒡的營養素,最好避免長時間烹煮,煮湯時也儘量不要反覆熬煮。著有《真原味的實踐》的北醫公衛系教授韓柏檉和妻子張幼香夫婦倆是牛蒡的愛好者,常以牛蒡飯當作宴客的主食。將牛蒡去皮切片,插入泡了一晚的糙米中,按下電鍋即可。或者將牛蒡切絲泡檸檬水(避免氧化變黑)汆燙後淋上的醬汁,就變身做涼拌菜。開明工商職業學校中餐烹飪兼任教師林志哲建議涼拌、快炒時,最好選用牛蒡較細、較嫩的一端,煮湯、煮飯、焗烤則用較粗、較硬的一端。

 

詹恩慈:牛蒡切片曬乾過程中,多酚類植化素和礦物質容易流失;加上對腸道消化有益的菊糖並不溶於水,喝牛蒡茶吃不到纖維,自然攝取不到菊糖,剩下的僅有微量營養素。從價格上看,一整條新鮮牛蒡才30元左右。

 

哪些人不適合吃太多牛蒡?

陳建宏提醒牛蒡屬於粗纖維,可能導致消化不良!肝臟機能嚴重衰退的病人也不適合纖維太粗糙的飲食。牛蒡中的鉀、磷若攝取過多會增加腎臟負擔,所以糖尿病腎病變或腎臟疾病的患者,也不該將牛蒡茶當成每日養生茶飲

Negative emotions and chronic stress sabotage people's immune system. 70% to 80% of our immunity hinges on our gut health. Memory loss and cognitive impairment are common symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, all of which are highly connected to type 2 diabetes. Early signs of type 2 diabetes include chronic fatigue, irritability, frequent urination, vision problems, and slow wound healing. Depression is prevalent in people with diabetes due to the fact that diabetes causes “structural changes in the brain.” Muscle-building helps regulate blood sugar levels. There is growing evidence that high blood sugar leads to reduced muscle mass. Beyond that, there’s a strong link between sleep deprivation and emotional weakness. People suffer from suppressed anger and pessimism. God is watching our every move. God sees through our motives. Mental health crisis is sweeping on a global scale because the core value of capitalism is incompatible with what human truly needs. Money cannot purchase inner peace. Wealth incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies, and snobs. I would say, inner peace is the utmost blessing from God.
