God expects people to show “no partiality to princes and does not favor the rich over the poor” (Job 34:17-19). The Bible reminds people that “do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly” and “He who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth and he who gives gifts to the rich — both come to poverty” (Leviticus 19:15; Proverbs 22:16).
According to the Bible, “He who gives to the poor will lack nothing, but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses” (Proverbs 28:27). The Bible says, “God shows no partiality” (Romans 2:11). God is keenly aware of the worst possibility of human nature. Again, the Bible says, “Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court” (Proverbs 22:22).

John 9:1-41 ESV
He saw a man blind from birth. And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

James 2:1-26 ESV
My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him? …
1 Samuel 16:7 ESV
“Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature… For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
1 Timothy 4:12 ESV
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
