刊登於美國醫學期刊《更年期(Menopause)》的最新研究顯示:焦慮程度高的停經後女性,體內的維生素D含量較低,骨質密度也較低。研究正時焦慮會增加更年期婦女發生胃腸和心臟疾病的風險,因為抗壓能力降低。更年期時,女性體內的鈣質會減少,更容易出現焦慮、憂鬱。
