味噌湯食譜食材:

 

豆腐、海帶芽、洋蔥、牛蒡、蘿蔔、豆腐、油豆腐、馬鈴薯、豆芽菜、菇類、蛤

蠣、冬粉等菇類及少許海鮮

紅味噌(八丁味噌): 含有大量類黑素,能幫助腸胃蠕動,適合早餐。

白味噌發酵時使用的麴菌高,大量的GABA可幫助腦神經放鬆,適合晚餐。

先在小碗加一點熱湯和味增一起攪拌關火後再加入味增再撒柴魚片

注意事項味噌含有對人體好的物質,若大火煮沸可能會將營養揮發掉

日式做法參考:

l     小魚乾+洋蔥

l   湯頭內加一些日本味琳

l   湯頭內加一點清酒

l   昆布片(要取出)
