苦蕎麥,學名: Fagopyrum tataricum,又名韃靼蕎麥,含有豐富的芸香苷。 據說可以緩解消化不良引起的腸胃不適

今天在里仁買了一包苦蕎薑黃棒。口感蠻特殊的。薑黃如果單單配茶,多數人可能很難接受,所以通常都是做成薑黃粉食用。苦蕎據說對腸胃相對是好的。看了一下成分,挺單純的,而且一包不過$65,試吃後就入手了。第一口說不上喜歡,但可以接受,但嘴饞時當零食,越吃口感越好,個人是蠻喜歡的。必須聲名我是怕甜又可以接受無糖豆漿的體質。

哪些人不適合喝苦蕎茶?

一.苦蕎麥能降血壓、降血糖、降血脂。所以低血壓、低血糖、體質虛弱者相對不那麼適合,喝多可能引起暈眩或眼花。

二。苦蕎茶有利尿通便作用,若本身已是小便頻繁且每天三次以上者,就不宜飲用,可能讓體質偏虛寒。
